This is less of a rebranding, and more of an updated, accurate reflection of what ITS has evolved into over the past 33 years. We began as a spinoff of an engineering firm in 1984, with a sole focus on supplying contract Engineering and Design Talent to Engineering, Architectural, and Manufacturing firms. Some of our original clients continue to niche us in this segment, but we have evolved into much more.
Fueled initially by our client’s request for talent in other disciplines, ITS has become a full service Recruiting and Staffing firm, supplying qualified individuals in most disciplines. Our original name, Interconnect Technical Services, and later ITS Technologies, has made it difficult to expand the image beyond a firm focused solely in the technical arena.

THE NAME: INTEGRATED TALENT STRATEGIES
Our client’s know us as ITS. We added meaning to the acronym to reflect what we do each day. We work to understand our clients’ short- and long-term staffing strategies, as opposed to just reacting to a current need. Recruiting before a need becomes critical allows time for a thorough vetting process, leading to greater success. Integrating a client’s current and future staffing strategies, with our varied approaches to recruiting top talent, is what we have successfully done for 33 years.

THE LOGO
Our logo reflects both our beginning as a technical firm and the 3 variables we view as critical to our industry. Our logo, a takeoff on the mathematical symbol for a triple integral, represents how we view our business. The integration of 3 variables is not only the definition of a triple integral, it is what we do each day. ITS exists because we successfully bring together 3 variables - our client's staffing strategies (needs), the talent of the people we recruit; and over 3 decades of experience and knowledge ITS uses to Integrate each variable.

INTERNATIONAL & U.S. EXPANSION
Our growth into Mexico also necessitated the need to more accurately illustrate our wide range of capabilities in both our logo and our name. In June 2016, ITS began the operation of a full-service staffing organization in Mexico. Located in Leon, Guanajuato, the office is currently satisfying the staffing needs of several US-based clients with operations in Mexico.
Additionally, over recent years, ITS has experienced an increase in demand from clients in the Southeastern U.S. In response to this demand, a fully-staffed office was opened in early-2016.

Our longstanding web address also gave the image of a firm focused solely in technical staffing. Our old URL and email addresses will continue to work, but the focus will be on promoting wehirepeople.com.
